The nature and the type of the collected and processed data
The Company collects and processes personal data provided voluntarily by the user during the submitting of an order, the registration to the Web site, the request of information, the subscription to the Newsletter, the sending of a notice by ordinary mail or through the Web site. The Personal data that the Company collects and processes include name, address, e-mail, telephone number, and any other personal information necessary to execute the specific service used by the user through the Web site. Navigation data are, for example, IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Web site and other parameters related to the type and the operating system used by the user. The navigation data are collected and processed by the Company solely for purposes of statistics on the access and the use of the Web site and for purposes of monitoring the proper functioning of it; these data could be used for the assessment of some potential liabilities in case of computer crimes damaging the Web site or made through it. The characteristics and the methods of the processing of the personal data
